We’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and mentor a team of 10-15 roofing sales representatives. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the region’s top roofing companies and build your dream team of sales professionals while working alongside a group of top-performing BRS reps.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company goals and objectives.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of roofing sales representatives, providing mentorship and ongoing support to enhance performance.
- Drive sales through effective networking, referrals, and door-to-door marketing campaigns.
- Organize and lead door-knocking campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
- Assist your team members in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review goals, performance metrics, and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the company owner and manufacturer partners to facilitate product and roofing training sessions.
- Build and maintain relationships with new referral partners to expand the company’s reach.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading and managing a successful sales team.
- Strong background in door-to-door sales, particularly in roofing.
- In-depth knowledge of business development, lead generation, and sales strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
