Job Purpose
· achievement of 95% individual patient satisfaction through great bedside manner, safe and effective aesthetic procedures, and optimal treatment outcomes.

· Provide safe and effective aesthetic procedures.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Perform medical aesthetics treatments including neurotoxins, fillers, and lasers & devices (such as Coolsculpting, Morpheus, Halo, BBL, among others) *note, training will be provided
· Effectively educate patients throughout the consultation and appointment process to contribute a 95% or better patient experience.
· Effectively educate patients on price and quote patients for services and skincare products
· Navigate patient payments including patient financing and cash handling
· Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out process efficiently.
· Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
· Effectively recommend treatments to patients by understanding their needs and requirements.
· Safely perform medical procedures per LJCSC protocols as delegated by Medical Director.
· Hit sales and performance metrics through patient education & retention
· Navigate different software systems throughout the patient experience while adhering to data requirements.
· Clean and maintain equipment and inventory of products.
· Generate and maintain a client base.
· Participate in touch bases with the Practice Manager.
· Participate in touch bases with Medical Director.
· Participate in continuing education as deemed recommended or necessary by Medical Director.
· PA’s and NP’s responsible for conducting good faith examinations for RN’s on-site
· Assist with clinical operations as necessary
· Collaborate effectively with other roles on site to meet patient satisfaction requirements and hit sales metrics.
· Actively participate and engage in weekly meetings and trainings.
· Maintain OSHA and HIPAA compliance within the practice.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field.
· Understanding & representing the company’s core values.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
· Good knowledge of MS Office.
· Complete understanding of EMR systems used.
· Complete understanding of legal obligation standards.
· Understanding of HIPPA and OSHA compliance.
· Full understanding of treatments offered within the practice. Including but not limited to: pre/post care, complications, contraindications, device maintenance.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma required.
· BS/BA in appropriate field required.
· Appropriate Certification required.
· Active DEA license preferred.
· BCLS and ALS certifications.
· RN, NP, or PA accepted
· 5 years of experience providing medical aesthetics
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Prolonged periods of standing for up to 10 hours at a time.
· Prolonged periods of use of hands and arms to control things including but not limited to tools, objects, and/or controls.
· Prolonged periods of repetitive motion.
Travel & Schedule Required:
Potential travel to other sites on an as-needed basis.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to accomplish all major responsibilities; This includes weekdays, evenings and weekends. Specific hours will vary by location.
