BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Applying and maintaining all best practices of ABA Therapy
- Working 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Ensure parental participation during sessions
- Having a great attitude and love working with small children
BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable form of transportation
- BLS certification
- Must be able to walk, run, and play with small children, lift 50 lbs. (child)
- Complete RBT training process to become RBT certified
