Job Title: HVAC Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager who combines industry expertise with exceptional leadership skills to drive performance, build strong teams, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the HVAC service team, ensuring quality, timely, and efficient service delivery to all customers.
• Track performance and report on key financial metrics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HVAC technicians and service staff.
• Coordinate service schedules, ensure timely completion of projects, and handle logistics for HVAC system repairs, installations, and maintenance.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to assess service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams and work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with customers, team members, and management.
• Proficiency in service management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to plan and manage resources effectively and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• HVAC certification or trade school training.
