Responsibilities

- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up visits.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Collect patient information, including vital signs and medical history.
- Assist with medication administration as needed.
- Handle phone inquiries regarding appointments, services, and general information.
- Support healthcare providers by preparing necessary documentation for outpatient services.
- Facilitate communication between patients and medical staff to enhance patient care.
- Assist in managing emergency medicine protocols when required.
Experience
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with outpatient care processes is advantageous.
- Skills in patient service, particularly with geriatric or medical-surgical populations, are highly valued.
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and basic patient care techniques is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
