Best Tile is looking to add an experienced and well-rounded individual who will help customers at our contractor counter and perform the duties of a warehouse associate. This is an ideal position for a smart, motivated individual who possesses strong computer skills, is enthusiastic about and resourceful for satisfying customer needs, and who possesses a "let's get it done" attitude.
On any given day, you will:
- Work with customers to help drive and maintain contractor sales;
- Assist customers with order pick-up; accurately prepare orders for customers and complete sales-related paperwork;
- Load and unload bulky and heavy merchandise;
- Open crates and containers to accurately identify and receive product;
- Place incoming product in assigned storage locations;
- Relocate product as required and according to a predetermined sequence;
- Assist with physical inventories and cycle counting;
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse;
- Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all safety policies, procedures, and practices.
- Monitor stock and inventory;
- Resolve customer complaints;

- Strong sales track record. Preferred exposure to the tile and stone industry or new home construction;
- Solid computer and system knowledge;
- Preferred background in a trade/construction work;
- Strong time management skills;
- Ability to self-motivate;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Forklift certification is required, although we will train and certify the right person with the proven experience;
- Ability to pass a post-offer employment screening, which includes drug testing, physical capacity testing, and a background check.
