In this role, you will actively contribute to operational and customer service efficiencies through administrative support of the showroom.
Available to work the following schedule:
- Saturdays 9am-3pm
On any given day, you'll be working directly with customers and Best Tile Showroom Design Consultants to:

Greet customers as they enter the Showroom;

Facilitate a prompt response to all customer inquiries;

Ensure customers are directed to the proper associate for assistance;

Extend the highest level of courtesy and friendliness to every customer; and

Maintain the appearance of the showroom throughout the day.
Requirements
- Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with an ERP system is preferred; the aptitude for learning the Company's system (P21) is required
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to implement standard office procedures and operate office equipment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers
