Sales Consultant

Best Tile has a full-time opening for a smart, motivated Design Salesperson who is eager to learn and grow, self motivated, and who is passionate about delivering creative tile design solutions. As a Design Sales Consultant you will:

• Greet customers, offer immediate assistance, help customers choose & select design options.
• Use your expertise in home décor to work with customers to create and sell tile design solutions that fit their needs.
• Field requests and inquiries from customers, vendors, and members of the Showroom Team.
• Help maintain the cleanliness of the Showroom layout.
• Work with customers throughout the sales process, following up with customers regularly on their orders and work with managers to resolve customer issues.
• Assist with in-store and off-site events and programs.

Salary: $18-$20 per hour plus commission, based on experience
