Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in various mechanical and electrical systems. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing timely repairs, and maintaining equipment to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Fabricate parts as needed to support equipment functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues .
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff.
• Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects effectively.
• Document all maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs performed.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
• Plumbing (guest rooms), outdoor grounds work
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics for effective problem-solving.
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring positive interactions with staff and management and guests
• Leadership qualities that foster teamwork and collaboration within the maintenance department.
• Experience in facilities maintenance, demonstrating a proactive approach to upkeep and repairs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.31 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
