What you get to do in this role:

We are seeking an experienced individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional breakfast service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

· Oversee breakfast service operations, ensuring high-quality food and service standards are met

· Manage breakfast staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

· Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation

· Maintain inventory levels and place orders for breakfast supplies as needed

· Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards

· Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner

· Assist in developing breakfast menus and special promotions

Are you:

· Experienced in food handling, and food service

· Knowledgeable of manager responsibilities

· Proficient in shift management and food safety protocols

· Strong in hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
