We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Helper to assist our maintenance person. The ideal candidate will be versatile, hands-on, and able to take on a variety of tasks to ensure our facilities are in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the maintenance person with daily maintenance tasks.
- Unclog sinks and drains.
- Clean and maintain the parking lot and common areas.
- Handle minor repairs and general upkeep.
- Perform routine inspections and address maintenance issues as needed.
- Ensure the property is safe, clean, and functioning at all times.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in maintenance or similar work is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
