- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all their needs are met
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Manage reservations and assist with room assignments
- Operate phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel or resort operations is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with diverse guests
- Familiarity with hospitality management software is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential
