The Best Western Downtown Casper Hotel is a premier lodging and event destination featuring 200 guest rooms and 39,000 sq. ft. of event space. With an on-site Boston’s Pizza, we cater to business travelers, tourists, and event attendees. We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure top-tier cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Housekeeping Operations & Standards
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all guest rooms, public areas, and event spaces.
- Ensure all rooms meet Best Western brand standards and guest expectations.
- Implement and maintain housekeeping policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Staff Management & Training
- Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff.
- Create and manage work schedules to ensure full coverage.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching.
Inventory & Budget Management
- Manage housekeeping supply inventory and order necessary items.
- Maintain budget control for labor and supply costs.
- Ensure proper handling of lost and found items.
Guest Satisfaction & Problem Solving
- Address and resolve guest complaints regarding cleanliness or housekeeping services.
- Work closely with the front desk and maintenance team to ensure seamless service.
- Regularly inspect rooms and public areas for quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Manager, or similar role in a hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
