Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the functionality, safety, and cleanliness of our hotel, event space, and restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to facility maintenance, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of guest rooms, public areas, meeting spaces, and restaurant facilities.
- Address electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair needs as they arise.
- Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend the life of equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire codes and maintain records of maintenance work.
- Monitor and maintain restaurant kitchen equipment and dining areas to meet operational standards.
- Work closely with hotel management to coordinate major repairs and facility improvements.

Qualifications:
