Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Duties: - Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel transactions and ensure accuracy - Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift - Provide exceptional guest service, addressing any inquiries or concerns - Assist with guest requests, including wake-up calls and room service orders - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience Experience: - Previous experience in hotel management, front desk, or hospitality is preferred.
