Duties
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
- Operate phone systems to respond to calls and relay messages promptly.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or guest services is preferred.
