Housekeeper

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field. Duties:
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Conduct thorough cleaning of floors, walls, and ceilings
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas
- Manage housekeeping operations, including assigning tasks to housekeeping staff
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of bathrooms and kitchen areas
- Pay close attention to detail and ensure that all areas are clean and tidy
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Utilize custodial skills to maintain the overall cleanliness of the facility
- Utilize housekeeping management skills to ensure the efficient and effective completion of tasks
- Clean and maintain equipment and furniture
- Perform laundry duties as needed
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all areas of the facility
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the cleanliness and comfort of our facilities

Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field
- Strong cleaning skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with housekeeping management and industrial cleaning
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
