We are looking for an General Manager to oversee all staff, budgets and operations of a Colorado Springs Hotels. General Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations Follow up on all guest concerns or complaints Design strategy and set goals for growth Maintain budgets and optimize expenses Set policies and processes Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally Oversee recruitment and training of new employees Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance Prepare regular reports for upper management Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors) Ability to work a flexible schedule All duties assigned by regional manager or owners Ensure compliance to all brand standards and QA audits Skills Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role Experience in planning and budgeting Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.) Strong analytical ability Excellent communication skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Problem-solving aptitude Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Shift: 10-hour shift Weekly day range: Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Hotel: 2 years (Required) Management: 2 years (Required) Work Location: One location
