Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area, including food stations and beverage dispensers.
- Ensure all food items are fresh, properly stored, and presented attractively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service.
- Assist guests with their breakfast selections, providing recommendations as needed.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately while processing payments.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure guest health and safety.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items during breakfast service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Experience with cash registers or POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette for any guest inquiries or reservations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
