Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a clean and welcoming dining area, preparing and presenting food items, and assisting guests with their needs. Duties
- BE HERE ON TIME- AND IN UNIFORM. 5AM- 11 AM
- Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Prepare and present breakfast items, including hot foods, pastries, fruits, and beverages.
- Brew coffee and other beverages, ensuring quality and freshness for guests.
- Assist guests with their breakfast selections, providing recommendations when needed.
- Operate cash register or Aloha POS system for any transactions related to breakfast services.
- Clean tables, chairs, and dining areas promptly after guest use to maintain a tidy environment.
- Monitor food supplies and replenish items as necessary throughout the breakfast service.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy to enhance their experience.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in hospitality or food preparation is preferred but not required.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas and dining spaces.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist others in a team-oriented setting.
