Duties
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all reports.
- Handle front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs for guests.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.
- Maintain communication with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the night.
- Monitor security systems and respond to any incidents or emergencies as they arise.
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing reports and maintaining records.
Skills
- Experience in hospitality or resort environments is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Strong front desk experience with a focus on guest services and relations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficient phone etiquette to handle inquiries effectively.
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous.
