Job Summary: PART TIME 2-3 DAYS PER WEEK, 3-11PM SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND MONDAY. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THESE DAYS CONSISTENTLY.
We are seeking a PART TIME Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Manage phone calls and reservations with a polite and professional attitude
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Address guest issues and concerns promptly and effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role preferred
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night audit shifts
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Understanding of guest relations and hospitality management concepts
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
