Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate information and payment processing
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Experience:
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest services preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional hospitality to guests
- Knowledge of front desk operations, including night audit procedures, is a plus

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
