Responsibilities:

- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate information and payment processing

- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with night audit duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest services role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional hospitality to guests
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist non-native English speaking guests
- Knowledge of front desk operations, including night audit procedures, is a plus
- A degree or certification in hospitality management or hotel management is desirable
