Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, as it will enhance communication with our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
- Must have no less than 6 months expert training in Jonus Chorum, Visual Matrix, or Hotel Key
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle reservations and cancellations via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and answer any guest inquiries.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining records.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and messages promptly.
- Assist with office management duties as needed to support overall operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Experience
- Must have no less than six months expert training with Hotel key, Visual Matrix, or Jonus Chorum
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and office management tasks.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage documentation efficiently.
- Bilingual candidates with Spanish language skills are highly desired but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
