Housekeeper/Laundry

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and laundry services are efficiently managed. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to cleanliness and organization.

Duties

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Execute floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Uphold housekeeping management protocols to maintain quality service delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by responding to requests or inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles preferred; experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus.
• Strong understanding of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment usage.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Good physical stamina; ability to lift and move items as necessary while performing cleaning tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
