- Manage guest reservations, inquiries, and requests efficiently through phone systems and in-person interactions.
- Address guest concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining positive guest relations.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate reporting of daily transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all communications and interactions with guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services or hotel management is preferred.
