Skill Requirements

Job Duties
- Construction and repair skills, including small power tool, and hand tool operation.
- Painting, wall repair, small patch work.
- Small appliance repair, including HVAC, Refrigerators, TV, Vacuum cleaners, etc.
- Wood refinishing, such as hotel trim/doors, and furniture pieces.
- Grounds upkeep, snow removal, and general repair.
- Upkeep of restrooms and garbage inside and outside
- Upkeep of Pools, Hot tub, chemicals and equipment.
Requirements
- Ability to assess maintenance issues and conduct repairs as needed. (Strong handyman skills highly desirable)
- A valid driving license.
- Strong character, possessing the ability to communicate well.
- Ability to adapt to varying work situations, with frequent unexpected events.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- On-call during evening hours
- Work weekends and holidays
