As the Assistant General Manager, you will collaborate with the General Manager to oversee the hotel's daily operations. You will also supervise guest relations, front desk operations and staff development, ensuring standards for guest satisfactions and safety are upheld. In the absence of the General Manager, you will take charge of all aspects of hotel management.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, training and supervision to all staff
- Act as a key administrative link between departments
- Assist in developing and implementing long term and annual plans, operating reports, forecasts and budgets
- Monitor safety and adherence to safety protocols
- Address and resolve guest and employee complaints
- Conduct facility inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met
- Take two front desk shifts per week to stay connected to the guest experience
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of hotel management or supervisory experience.
Strong leadership skills and professional image.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective decision-making ability and analytical skills.
- Proficient in hotel management software and computer applications.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and evenings.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
