Club Staff: The job of our club staff is to meet, greet and check-in members and guests of Sculptures. Provide excellent customer service, create and update member’s account information using various computer applications. Routinely checking facility and light cleaning. Must be assertive, enthusiastic and punctual.
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Sports & Fitness Attendant will Serves as the first impression and resource leader for Fitness Center members and guests. Below is a listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
Schedule: The Sports & Fitness team is looking to fill the Sports & Fitness Attendant position for the following scheduled time slots. The ideal candidate would be available to cover at least two time slots but does not need to cover all of the time slots listed below.
Monday Thru Friday 5a to 11a
Some weekends and Holidays
Major Responsibilities
- Open the facility: Unlock doors, turn on lights, make sure everything is ready
- Close the facility for the evening: lock doors, set up for the next day, turn off lights
- Provide a positive first impression
- Check-in center duties with the emphasis on guest service.
- Perform routine administrative duties accurately and maintain confidentiality as required.
Qualifications
- Possess a balance between a people and task focus/ orientation
- Detail oriented, Self-starter, and committed to excellence
- Trustworthy and Reliable
- Strong customer service skills including exception listening, written, and verbal communications skills.
Education & Experience
- Previous experience in a related customer service/ administrative position
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
