Housekeeping/House Team/ Laundry Services

We are looking for a professional Housekeeper able to attend to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail.

The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our front of the house response.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
• Notify management of any damages, deficits, and disturbances
• Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
• Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

Prefered experience:

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Weekends and Major holidays must be able to work

• We are looking for an individual who is able to follow the instruction, do the given work in timely fashion. Individual must be punctual. This position will require working on Saturday and Sunday. A flexible schedule and a willingness to work overtime when necessary are essential. The hotel experience is plus. A positive attitude is a must. Valid Driver License and reliable transportation are required. On-time every time and a "Whatever It Takes for Success" attitude and expectation. Due to location and Seasonal business of our property, no time off or vacation is allowed from the month of March to end of October. All other terms will be discussed during and after the interview.
