What are the responsibilities and job description for the Room Attendant/Laundry Attendant position at BEST WESTERN PLUS ClockTower Inn?
A Day in the Life:
- Clean and maintain 12-14 guest rooms per day, ensuring a spotless and welcoming environment within a 30-minute timeframe.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail by wiping surfaces, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets thoroughly.
- Refresh the room's ambiance by changing linens, making beds, and restocking essential guest supplies.
- Maintain sparkling clean bathrooms by removing trash and sanitizing fixtures.
- Be a source of hospitality by greeting guests with a friendly smile and assisting them with any inquiries.
- Partner with our maintenance team by identifying and reporting any broken, defective, or missing items in the rooms.
- Foster a collaborative spirit by working seamlessly with all departments to achieve our shared goals.
