Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Hotel Housekeeper to join our team at Best Western Plus Dutch Haus Inn & Suites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and other designated areas of the hotel. You will play a crucial role in providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Ensure that all room amenities are in place and functioning properly.
- Clean and maintain public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Restock guest supplies and toiletries as needed.
- Handle guest requests for additional services or items promptly and courteously.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties for extended periods of time.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
