Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Lead the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities and managing customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Requirements
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize room and event space bookings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, group, and leisure segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, event planners, and corporate partners.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with operations, front office, and food & beverage teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by hotel management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role, with a strong sales track record.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with sales software, CRM systems, and hotel property management systems (PMS).

Schedule:
