HOUSEKEEPER

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. This position requires a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards, as well as the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Experience in industrial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial services is highly valued.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Carry out floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain health and safety standards.
• Assist in the organization and management of housekeeping tasks to optimize efficiency.
• Provide exceptional hospitality by addressing guest needs and requests promptly.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the facility.

Requirements

• Previous experience in industrial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial services is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
