What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Best Western Plus Fenton?
We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing the hotel's daily financial transactions, as well as providing excellent customer service to guests. This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all guest requests are met in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome.
- Maintain the security of the hotel premises.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel and its services.
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as balancing accounts and making deposits.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Perform nightly audits of the hotel's financial records.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
Raises will be considered according to job performance and after a 90 day probationary period. We are looking for someone who can reliably and consistently work 2 days a week.
$100 signing bonus offer
