- Prepare and serve beverages and food following recipes and customer requests
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and restaurant area and adhere to food safety standards
- Assist with banquet or special event service as needed
- Utilize POS systems to place orders and process payments
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry
- Proficiency in math for accurate cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests
- Familiarity with various beverages and cocktail recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
