**Job Overview**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment in our guest rooms, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and satisfaction for our guests. **Duties**
- Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of our properties, including common areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs
- Change linens, towels, and bedding
- Clean and organize closets and storage areas
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, including carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and floor care
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry room
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to any requests or issues in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a safe and secure environment by adhering to all safety protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents
- Work independently or as part of a team, depending on the needs of the property
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies in a responsible and efficient manner
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude, and work collaboratively with other staff members
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- A passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality cleaning standards
