Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will be responsible for managing guest relations and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. .
- Assist with guest inquiries, ensuring all needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, taking reservations or answering questions about the restaurant.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization at the host stand and dining area.
Skills
- Strong hospitality mindset with a focus on guest relations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including Aloha POS system is a plus.
- Proficient phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries.
- Team player who can work collaboratively with staff to enhance the guest experience.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is desirable but not mandatory.
