Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Upsell additional menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and mixology techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and mixology trends
- Strong math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Experience with catering events is a plus
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems
- Ability to handle cash register operations and perform accurate cash handling

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, coworkers, and management
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail for preparing visually appealing drinks with precision
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
