Executive Housekeeper

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operations within our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, particularly within the hotel and hospitality industry. This role is crucial in ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Duties

• Manage and supervise all housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain cleanliness across all areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards.
• Oversee floor care maintenance, including carpet cleaning, tile polishing, and other specialized cleaning tasks.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and usage.
• Train new staff on housekeeping procedures, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
• Implement industrial cleaning techniques as necessary for larger areas or special events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, custodial practices, and industrial cleaning methods.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
