Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. The Front Desk Agent will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
  • Process reservations and cancellations using hotel management software.
  • Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information to guests.
  • Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
  • Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance guest communication.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
