- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to ensure timely completion of cleaning schedules.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Follow established protocols for safety and sanitation to ensure a healthy environment.
- Address guest requests promptly and courteously while providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning and seasonal tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
Skills
- Proficient in floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
- Experience in housekeeping management within hotel or hospitality settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean effectively and efficiently.
