Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during night shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure all reports are completed accurately.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel operations is a plus
• Strong background in customer service.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on guest services.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
