Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations when needed.
- Prepare food items according to restaurant standards, maintaining quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately process payments.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this position.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus but can be taught on the job.
