Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone and in-person.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available.
- Resolve guest issues promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions during shifts.
- Assist with night audit responsibilities as needed to ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently.
- Promote hotel services and upsell additional offerings to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest relations.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
