The Best Western Plus Tree House Restaurant / Coopers Bar & Grill is looking for a Host, with potential to be a server. As a Host/Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, welcoming guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. This role is vital in upholding our commitment to excellent guest service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests while maintaining high standards of service.
- Assist in managing guest inquiries and resolving any issues to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders.
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment preferred.
- Age 21 required as we serve alcohol
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to operate POS systems effectively; familiarity with Heartland POS or similar is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
