Full Time Breakfast Attendee

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety standards. The Breakfast Attendant will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests during the most important meal of the day.

Duties

• Prepare and present breakfast items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including equipment and utensils.
• Set up and replenish breakfast buffet stations as needed throughout service hours.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with their meal selections and dietary needs.
• Operate cash register for transactions, ensuring accurate handling of payments.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and special requests.
• Assist in meat cutting and other culinary tasks as required.
• Help train new staff members on breakfast service procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a culinary or restaurant environment preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives for meal preparation.
• Must be able to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others are essential qualities for success in this role.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
