Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to run our Best western!

Location: Greensboro/ Winston Sale

The General Manager (GM) will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience while maintaining profitability. The GM will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading the hotel team, and ensuring that the hotel meets or exceeds company standards in guest service, quality, and financial performance.

• Lead and manage daily operations of the hotel, ensuring efficiency and quality in all aspects of service.
• Oversee shift management, including staffing, scheduling, and training of team members.
• Conduct interviews and hire qualified staff to build a strong team dedicated to hospitality excellence.
• Ensure compliance with brand and health standards
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
• Address customer feedback promptly to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
