Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning environments, including custodial, industrial, hotel, or hospitality settings.
Duties:
- Clean and maintain designated areas following established procedures and schedules
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, or disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Understanding of safety precautions and willingness to follow procedures
