We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Evaluate floor care practices and ensure proper industrial cleaning methods are being utilized.
- Oversee housekeeping management processes, ensuring that all custodial staff follow established guidelines.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements in cleaning procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with management to address any issues identified during inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in training custodial staff on best practices in hospitality cleaning standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in inspection roles within hospitality, hotel, or custodial settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify cleanliness issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for providing constructive feedback to staff members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management systems is advantageous.
